HEALTH & FITNESS ASSESMENTS

When beginning an exercise program, it is important to determine what state you are presently in. That is why we offer comprehensive health & fitness assesments. Our assements include blood pressure readings and body fat measurments. We will also detemine your body mass index and assist you with establishing realistic goals for your fitness program.

ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer one-on-one perosnal training for individuals or small groups. Sessions range from 30 minutes to 1 hour
and consist of a mixure of cardio, strength and flexibility exercizes. We recognize that each person that walks into
our studio has individual health and fitness concerns. Some people may need to lower their cholesterol or manage
diabetes. Others may be concerned about excess weight or want to gain energy and strength. Whatever your goals
are, we will de sign a program that fits your special needs. Personalized attention, motivation and direction are just a few of the benefits of working with our personal trainers.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Keeping up with a fitness program is sometimes easier when you have a friend who is commited to doing the same. Small group training makes it possible for individuals with similar goals to work with a personal trainer. If you have ever wanted to work with a personal trainer, but felt you just couldn't afford it, this program may be the one for you.

Whether you are an athlete, body builder or someone just looking to enhance muscle development with definition, we can design a body sculpting program for you. Our seminars are full of useful information that individuals and organizations need to know to be able to perform at their peak. Seminars are designed expecially for the organizations particular needs and are a great way to incorporate all staff at an affordable price.
