ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING We offer one-on-one perosnal training for individuals or small groups. Sessions range from 30 minutes to 1 hour and consist of a mixure of cardio, strength and flexibility exercizes. We recognize that each person that walks into our studio has individual health and fitness concerns. Some people may need to lower their cholesterol or manage diabetes. Others may be concerned about excess weight or want to gain energy and strength. Whatever your goals are, we will de sign a program that fits your special needs. SMALL GROUP TRAINING Keeping up with a fitness program is sometimes easier when you have a friend who is commited to doing the same. Small group training makes it possible for individuals with similar goals to work with a personal trainer. BODY SCULPTING Whether you are an athlete, body builder or someone just looking to enhance muscle development with definition, we can design a body sculpting program for you. We have programs to shape and tone the body without building muscular size or bulk. Or imagine the sinewy and symetrical balance of a martial artist or olympic swimmer.
